transfer of ownership ?

@cryo-admin @cryoadmin What is the difference between transfer of ownership (same family) and transfer of ownership (non-family)? Can you please explain? Thanks!

    @Rudy11 The transfer of ownership (same family) is for transferring vials to your spouse or partner. Transfer of ownership (non-family) would be transferring vials to another family who needs vials of that donor. In some cases, donors may be sibling-restricted and we could only transfer vials to another CCB family who already has a pregnancy/child from that donor.
