ICI or IUI vials for at home?

Hi! I was told either vial would work for at home insemination. But being given the options I don't know which one to choose. What is best?

    IUI would be better, the ICI are mostly used for direct IVF.

    @WeJustWant1 I don't agree with hammonds creations. ICI should be better for at home insemination unless you are doing an at-home IUI with a midwife or something? ICI vials have sperm and also seminal fluid/semen, making it easier for the swimmers to swim! IUI vials are washed.

    I bet @cryoadmin could help!
