Can't log in

Hello,

I have purchased a three month extended level membership. I most often am unable to sign in no matter what computer I am trying to sign in on. I try multiple times and eventually end up giving up because it is quite frustrating not be able to access my favorites. Tonight, on and off for the last four hours and I am finally on! Hope it lasts!

Can you possible look into this and have it resolved because I would like to actually be able to benefit from the purchase I made.

    I'm sorry that you've had difficulty logging in to your account. I checked with our web technician, and our website and the Donor Subscription are functioning correctly. You may want to clear the browser cache on your computer and see if that helps.
