Hi Scott,
Just wondering if when you transfer vials within the same family the person receiving the vials is charged for storage immediately when you start the process or once the vials are actually transferred? I am ready to send in the paperwork but don't really want to be charged for 3 months storage now when the vials won't be there for 4-6 weeks or however long it takes you to transfer. Thanks

Any remaining storage time will transfer to the new owner with the vials. Any additional storage fees would not begin until the vials have actually completed transfer to the new account.
Good luck!
