Local client pick up/return resumed?

Hi,
Has Local Client Pick-Up/Return in Los Angeles resumed? If not, is there an expected date?
Also, how do I know which branch my vials are currently located at?

Hi @Dee28 - Unfortunately, pickups are not available at any of our locations right now and we don't have a date when they may resume. All vials are stored in LA unless you requested to transfer them to our NY, Cambridge, or Palo Alto branches. When you log into My Account, go to Storage Manager, and you'll see your storage location there.
If you have any questions about retrieving your vials, please don't hesitate to contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 we have a local courier delivery service in LA that you may be eligible for depending on where you need vials shipped.

@cryo-admin this is disappointing as the local pickup option was one on the reasons we selected California Cryobank. Is this pause in the local pickup option COVID related?
