Shipping Delay
Hello, my shipment went out last Saturday 2/20 and was scheduled to arrive on Monday 2/22. According to FedEx, it is still in CA with no estimated delivery date as of today (2/27). My retrieval date is 3/9, I’m really worried that I won’t have sperm of that the sperm I ordered will have thawed by the time it arrives. Is there any way to get more info? Should I consider placing another order? Will fedex and/or CCB replace the specimen if it is thawed or will I have to pay for the additional vial and shipping? Thank you!

Unfortunately, FedEx has been experiencing unprecedented delays and a backlog of packages due to the extreme winter weather across the U.S. and at their hub, in addition to logistical issues due to the pandemic.
