Hi, I can't remember which one this is because we bought a lot of him over the time we were trying. I think it is Premium IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) / I will see if I can check my account records with CCB.
I checked my invoices - the code is 14444-U-P-PT and 14444-U-P for the last order I made of this donor. Not sure what that means though. Feel free to call me - 617-256-4540
