Process for returned vials?

Hi! I was notified by someone on Facebook that they turned back five vials for donor 14002 last week. I was wondering if the vials are held for a quarantine period, or if they are just automatically offered to people with pregnancies/births from that donor who are on the wait list? I have not seen them go back into 14002’s profile and was curious.

    Did you try calling CCB customer service and asking about an update on the vial return that you were informed about?
