Not able to order

My wife and I want to place an order for vials, but we got an error message that something was wrong with the account. Do we have to wait until the H1 form is approved before making a payment? The way it read on the checkout was that we could "decide later" and pay now and have them stored for 30 days until we chose a ship date and that SHIPPING could not be scheduled until the form is approved. We sent form this evening. We are hoping to order vials Tuesday for a Thursday/Friday/Saturday insemination. Is there a step we are missing? Is this timeline possible if we wait to call client services tomorrow?
