My first choice of donor is born in 1981. He donated at 37 or 38. Thoughts on using a donor that age?

I would take your age as a factor into your decision too but since the sperm bank is going to look into the sperm count and quality you really don't need to worry too much about age. I personally tried not to go for anyone older than me but if you find out that this guy checks all your boxes then you should go for it!
I’m actually using an egg donor and she’s in her 20s so I’m not worried about that. My doctor just concerned about using an older sperm donor and the increased risk of autism etc. Also at this point he’s already sold out.
