Hi. I was wondering how the donor interviews are set up. Are they face-to-face in an office (at least, were they, Pre-Covid)?

(This is an odd question, I know, but one of the donors I was listening to said something along the lines of, "I feel like I can talk to a wall...kind of like I'm doing now." I was trying to determine if he was making a commentary on the environment he was in or just being, shall we say, less than nice. )
