Hi so sorry it got taken!
I have two vials from donor 15465. They are stored at a top hospital in Chicago -- while I know this isn't done often, I'm happy to transfer ownership for well under cost. I ended up not needing the vials.
@Cryosell did you have success getting pregnant with donor 15465?
