Trying so hard, but a little confused.

My partner and I have been planning to have a baby. I was told that CCB was the best so I have been solely looking into purchasing through CCB. I am a bit confused as to why the A1 form needs filled out if I am planning to do all this at home?

Is it still required if I am doing everything at home? If so, does anyone know why?

None of this is covered on my insurance so we are paying for everything out of pocket and don't want to end up spending all of our savings trying to get pregnant and have little left for when baby gets here.

    I had to fill out that form first when we wanted to try at home and I think it's because they just want to make sure your healthy.? I had my GP sign the form for me, I e-mailed it back and ordered a sample right away.
