Vial Exchange Program

I am thinking about buying 3 vials of a donor but I might like a different one better if he comes back with more vials. With the exchange program would I be able to buy his right away when they come for sale (he went fast last time). Or it said something about 4 weeks?

    @HelloAll If additional vials become available for the other donor, you can call Client Services as soon as the vials are available and secure the vials that you need. It takes about 4 weeks for internal processing, but as long as you call us when vials are available, we can start the process for you.

    I would recommend downloading the Vial Exchange form from My Account so you have it handy if vials become available for the other donor.

    Please keep in mind that we can only exchange vials that are kept in our storage facility. If you ship out the vials or pick them up, we cannot facilitate the vial exchange.
