I know this is probably a long shot but we’re looking for vials from donor 13740.

    @akid0 Unfortunately, it looks like the chance of getting vials of Donor 13740 from a buyback is slim. We already have a list of clients waiting. If you haven't done so already, you can call Client Services at 866-927-9622 and ask to be added to the notification list so that we can contact if you additional vials become available.

    If you have a child from this donor, you can inquire about reactivating the donor. Reactivation is a costly and lengthy process because the donor has to redo the entire qualification process.
