@SimonePitts Yes, you can call Client Services at 866-927-9622 and ask to be added to the notification list. Please note that there is a very slim chance of getting any vial buybacks for this donor.

If you have a child from this donor, you may want to look into reactivating the donor. Reactivation is a costly and lengthy process, but it may be the only way to get additional vials.
