Alert Subscription Error

in Ask California Cryobank
I'm getting an Alert Subscription error when I go in to change my subscription settings.

It tells me "System Maintenance
A problem has occurred with your request. Please try again or call California Cryobank at 888-322-2932.

If you call please reference issue number 1859150810"

Can anyone help with this? I want to make sure I stay posted on my potential donors.
