Donor interview questions

Hello,

I was wondering if the donor decides what questions were asked during the interview. I received the audio interview of my donor in the keepsake and was hoping he would be asked why he decided to donate but he wasn’t. They were the same questions in the paperwork. I’m wondering if the donors aren’t asked that question or they don’t want to be asked certain questions.
