My wife and I have been trying at home insemination for over a year now with a known local donor. I am on the older side (42), so decided once we hit a year to try a fertility specialist. We live in the Boston area, and are just starting the process towards IVF at FCNE. Anyone else go through FCNE? I hate that LGBT couples occur so many expenses while trying to conceive. I have great insurance, but there are still costs here or there that straight couples might not have (like purchasing sperm for one!).

Anway, just wanted to introduce myself. Not sure how active this site is, but I would love to hear some of your experiences.
