When my subscription expires, will I lose access to my donor info?

Hi. I purchased vials and have had two IUIs.
Our three month subscription runs out February 26. Does that mean we will lose access to our donor's info?

    @LeelooBugg Level 1 information is free and the PDFs can always be downloaded from your donor's profile page. Level 1 includes the Medical History, Genetic Test Summary, Personal Essay, Donor Profile, and Staff Impressions.

    Level 2 & Level 3 items with a subscription are view-only and cannot be downloaded. You only have access to those items until your subscription expires. We do have an a la carte option, so you can purchase a Level 2 or Level 3 item for download. Items range from $25 -$30 each.

    Please note that anyone that ordered a subscription is eligible for a Donor Keepsake for their child. When you report a pregnancy, we would automatically mail you a USB drive with the donor information files for your donor. The items you receive depend on if you ordered a Level 2 or Level 3 subscription.
