How long after reporting a pregnancy can I expect to receive my keepsake file? I'd like to include some of this info in my little ones baby book, but I still have not received it.

    @BallerinaGirl It takes a few weeks to receive your Donor Keepsake. We apologize for the delay. We received many orders over the holiday season and we're still catching up. The Donor Keepsake is a special USB drive that includes your donor's information and each one is individually prepared.

    I requested my keepsake 5 weeks ago, and when I contacted Cryobank help desk they replied with 8 weeks. Seems a bit excessive to make a USB and mail it. Here you're saying only a few weeks...

    I got mine in less than 10 days.

    Hi All, The Donor Keepsakes are individually created and we had a bit of a backlog for a few months. At this point, you should receive them within a couple weeks of reporting your pregnancy.
