On average it takes 3-4 IUI cycles to achieve pregnancy. For women over 35, physicians may advise trying less IUI cycles before moving to IVF. It's always important to discuss your pregnancy/treatment plan with your physician.

Hi, I am 37 y/o and did IUI with this donor I got pregnant with twin boys and gave birth last June. It was my first try on IUI.
