Not received Keepsake Package

Hi,
@cryo-admin do we receive keepsake package when a pregnancy is reported or when a birth is reported?
We haven't received a package yet and I wasn't sure.

@OurAdventure, for clients that previously purchased a subscription, we mail out Donor Keepsakes after they report a pregnancy. It typically takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive.

@Sunny Day Yes, if your donor had photos available they will be included. If you had a Level 2 subscription, the Donor Keepsake will include all available Level 2 items for your donor. If you had a Level 3 subscription, the Donor Keepsake will include all available Level 3 items for you donor. You can see the list of info items for each level here: https://cryobank.com/donor-subscription/options/

Please note that the Donor Keepsake is a USB drive with files of your donor's info items.
