Embryo donation w/ donor

If I decide to donate any additional embryos I have with my donor does that family or families have to report their pregnancies/births as well to the cryobank?

@Mamamoe85 Yes, it's important for us to keep track of reported pregnancies and births. Our genetic counselors also recommend contacting us before embryos are used to see if there's any new medical information on the donor.

  • My embryos are currently going through pgs testing do i still need to contact a genetic counselor?

  • @Mamamoe85 You're welcome to call our Genetics Department at 877-743-6384 at any time to see if there is any new medical information on your donor. If there is a long period of time between shipping your vials and using them/creating or transferring embryos, there is a greater chance that we may have new medical information on the donor or his biological relatives.
