@NVYCHC We try our best to communicate to our clients the importance of purchasing multiple vials at once. Being able to use the same donor again is never guaranteed and we have thousands of clients on our waiting list hoping that someone might sell back vials they didn't use.
"Low vials" typically means that the donor has less than 25 vials available. Final inventory means that those are the very last vials that we have.
Donor 14133 only has 21 IUI premium vials available. Could someone call us this afternoon call and order all 21 vials? Absolutely. This happens more than people may think. We sells vials to clients and physician offices all over the world and vials can sell out quickly!
Some of our clients wind up using different donors for their second child or not having a second child at all because they were not able to obtain additional vials of their donor. If using the same donor is very important to you, I would highly recommend purchasing vials ASAP.
We offer 1 year of free storage with the purchase of 4 or more vials and 3 years of free storage with the purchase of 8 or more vials. Here's more information on our family planning programs: https://cryobank.com/services/additional-services/family-today---family-tomorrow/ Financing is also available.
We also have a 50% buyback program so if you wind up with any extra vials that you didn't ship out, you have 3 years to sell them back to us: https://cryobank.com/services/additional-services/vial-buyback-offer/
Please don't hesitate to contact our Client Services Team with any questions. We want to make sure that you don't miss out on vials while they are still available!
