Question about ICI

Hello,

My wife and I recently purchased 4 ICI vials for home insemination. Our plan is to give at home insemination 4 tries before we move on to IUI at a clinic. This was my wife's request, so that she can be as involved in the making of this baby as possible.

As for the form that needs to be filled out by a physician, can it be filled out by my regular gyno or do I need to find a fertility doctor to have a consultation with and sign it? My concern is that a fertility doctor would force us to do the procedure at their clinic.

    My regular OB-Gyn signed off on it. Unless they changed the form, a fertility specialist is not required to sign.
