Vial Pick Up

I live in New York but travel to California for business often. Is there a way I can pick up my vials and then only pay for shipping to send back to container?

Would there be a charge just to pick up the vials? If so, how much?

How much would it cost to only ship back the empty container?

Can I return the container to the New York office instead of shipping it back to California? If so, is there a cost for that and how much?

Hi S -

You can view the pickup fees on our pricing page. Currently, the tank rental fee for picking up and returning the tank yourself is $60 and $115 if you pick it up and want to ship it back.

Please note that if you pick up the tank, you will not be able to transport it on a commercial airline.

If you are being inseminated in NY, it might be best for you to take advantage of our Family Today/Family Tomorrow program. If you purchase 5 or more vials, we can transport them to our NY branch for free and you can do pickups from our NY office as long as your physician signs the A1 form accordingly. You will save on shipping costs and if you have any vials leftover we can buy them back at 50% as long as they haven't been picked up or shipped out to your physician.
