You may want to try donor reactivation, where you request the donor to re-enter our program to provide additional vials for siblings. Reactivation is a lengthy and costly process. It requires the donor to go through the entire qualification process again and in some cases the donor is not eligible or not able to do so given his current job or family commitments.
Reactivation fees start at $1,5000. Travel expenses for the donor, the cost of vials, storage, and shipping would be additional. Here’s more information on the reactivation process: https://cryobank.com/services/post-conception-services/donor-reactivation/
