Once thawed, how long are they good for?

I'm wondering how long the vials are viable after they are thawed in doctor office?

@2moms2bewehope - As per our thawing instructions, we suggest using the specimen within 2 hours of thawing: https://cryobank.com/uploadedfiles/cryobankcom/_forms/pdf/documents/tank-and-specimen-handling-instructions.pdf

That's what I thought. I am concerned because my clinic, Mayo Clinic, is telling me that they're okay longer than 2 hours. My vials have been prepared at least 2 hours before insemination. These are iui vials. I don't know what or who to contact. I don't want to "waste" any more vials due to their error.
@2moms2bewehope Is it easy to communicate with the staff at your clinic? Could you politely ask them to thaw your vial within 2 hours of your insemination? Or possibly schedule an early appointment next time to reduce the time between thawing and your insemination? It doesn't take that long to thaw or prepare the vials, especially since they are IUI vials and don't need to be washed prior to your insemination.
