Vials Unavailable

The donor we are using had 18 vials avail yesterday. Now today it says there are none avail. Is there a reason for this? I doubt 18 vials would have been sold in 1 day. We would want the same donor for siblings.

@lalady 18 vials can easily sell in one day, especially since the end of the year is our busiest time.

The only way to guarantee using the same donor for siblings is to purchase and store additional vials for future cycles. You can call Client Services at 866-927-9622 and see if the donor may have more vials released in the future. Or, if you're storing vials with us and they haven't left our premises, you have the option of exchanging those vials for another donor that has enough vials available for multiple pregnancies: https://cryobank.com/services/additional-services/vial-exchange-program/
