Full access to pictures

Hi there, I have paid for access to full profile, but for the last week I have not had access to childhood photos and a few other profiles features. Initially I thought maybe you were doing work on the site, but it seems to be ongoing. Does this happen occasionally? Thanks.

  • I was having the same issue. I called and was told that people using Internet Explorer were having the problem. They told me to try using Google Chrome or Firefox. I've had NO problems seeing anything with Firefox.

    If you only want to see the childhood photos of Donor 14102, you can purchase the item individually for $30. (You do not have to purchase a full subscription.)

    On the donor's profile page, simply click the button in the green box on the right side which says "Buy Items".
