Has anyone had experience with being asked for documentation from the sperm bank saying that the donor is confidential in order to submit adoption paperwork?

There is no "father" listed on the birth certificate for my little ones but the attorneys are asking for paperwork stating that there is no father out there who can claim the kids.

Recommendations?

Hi Sec -

You can contact Client Services and request an "Adoption Letter" which verifies that you used an unknown sperm donor from our facility who waived his parental rights.
