Not looking good for my first iui... or is it?

I went in for a progestrone test and an ultrasound today and my doctor found a hemorrhagic cyst and that my ovarian walls are too thick. I am ovulating but I'm not sure what all of this means. My doctor was talking to me and I completely went somewhere else. Probably not the best time to do so, but I had a moment of hopelessness and now I need some insight.
