how long can I store the sperm at my house?

If the sperm is shipped to my house and I can't use it, how long can I keep it? How long does it stay good? What do I do with it if I have to ship the shipping container back to you?

    The shipping tanks are validated for 7 days.

    I would suggest calling Client Services at 866-927-9622 to figure out the best shipping method and ship date so that the tank arrives during the most appropriate window of time for your cycle.

    You may want to consider using Priority shipping to make the most out of the 7 day validation.

    Client Services can also explain the process of shipping back a vial and the option to upgrade to Priority return service.
