First time buying- we need questions answered

We just started the process of trying for a child and are so excited, but we have run into a little problem when looking. We noticed all the donors are a part of the "reserve program". Our question is are there any donors who are on here that are not a part of the program? The pricing on the pricing list for donors not a part of the program is way more affordable.
