Low total motile sperm 13563

I had an iui on Saturday and the total motile sperm was 6.5 million. I thought the guarentee was 10 million. What can I do about this?

    I hade that happen to me I had 3 IUIs with this donor. First was 8.5 million, second 7.5 million, and third 6.5 million. Go figure the lowest count was the successful one. Your lab that thawed for you can fax a report to the cryobank stating the low count and they may refund you the purchase price of the vial. They did with my first. Good luck!
