    If we need to place an order while the website is down, will we be able to still call and place it?

    Hi Olivia -

    You can place orders by phone Mon-Fri 6:00am-6:00pm and on Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm (Pacific Time).

    The website maintenance will most likely happen this weekend when our phone lines are closed since that is when we have the least amount of users on our site.
