Reporting my twins' arrivals!

I went to the page to report the birth of my twins, Lily & Miles, but I don't remember what my account number and all that other info is...nor do I recall what I did with it. Is there any other way to report the info so your records can be updated accordingly? That's 2 more babies on the checklist for #11116, and they're practically perfect in every way! :) THANKS!

    Wonderful news! I can't imagine two better gifts to receive this holiday season.

    If you can call in to our Client Services Department (866-927-9622) they can give you your account number of even take the report over the phone.

    You should try and keep your account number some place safe in case you or your children ever need to contact us for information in the future.

    Thanks! I'll try them tomorrow.

    We had some professional photos taken of them today...here's one of both of them together! (Lily is at the top of the pic, Miles is at the bottom)
