Could you tell me as of now how many reported pregnancies 11394 has? Also i notice he has iui/art and premium iui. I am having an iui done but my doctor told me to order ici. I do not see that he offers this. Could the iui/art be used?

    was also wondering if he had anymore childhood photos and if he offers ici vials ?

    Hi tracy -

    We do not have any additional photos on Donor 11394.

    Your doctor is requesting an ICI vial so he/she can do a wash. ART vials contain less sperm and are NOT intended for IUI use.

    You can use the IUI and request your doctor not do the wash. IUI vials are washed pre-freeze. Performing an additional wash post-thaw can drop the volume below the 10 million guarantee.

    Here is sopme information on our washed IUI specimens:

    Density Gradient Processing
    California Cryobank uses density gradient processing to prepare IUI ready donor specimens. While more costly and time consuming, density gradient processing is superior to other methods.

    Density gradient processing:

    Removes cells that are associated with bacteria, viruses and infection. (1)
    Pre-selects sperm that have superior motility. (2)
    Pre-selects sperm with a lower incidence of DNA anomalies. (3)
    Removes seminal plasma, thus reducing post insemination cramping.
