Keepsake package

Anyone that has received this package after reporting a pregnancy or birth, how long did it take? I reported my preg a long time ago. It didn't go thru. I reported my birth and got a follow up email but no package yet. How long should I wait before calling?

    Austin. Did you buy all the levels? I didn't ant didn't get a keepsake package. Let me know.

    I bought the first level, when I reported my pregnancy I didn't hear anything back at all. So a few days later I sent an email, got a reply to my email and they sent it to me.

    Definitely call now.

    Everything that you are able to see on their profile with your subscription. It's all printed out on nice paper, and the photos are printed out. It's in a folder. If you got the full subscription, it also includes a cd with the recorded interview.
