Childhood Photos

I have purchsed the level 2 service so I could look at the pictures. How do I access them? S o far Ive followed all the directions and have been unsuccessful in viewing them. Please help!! Thanks

Hi ar -

You should be able to access the photos on each Donor Profile page under the Level II items.

Please keep in mind that some donors may not have photos available.

If it still isn't working, please contact Client Services on Monday morning for further assistance.
