starting IUI this next week- looking for advice :)

Hi- I will doing my first IUI this next week.
I am 37 and never been pregnant before.
I had open tubes and have been taking clomed as my egg count is low.
any advice??? I am nervous!
I am using donor 14342

    I just turned 41 at the end of December. Just had my first iui on the 14th. I have never been pregnant before. I had a follicle check on the 11th, had two follicles. I took 50mg Clomid and had HCG trigger shot on the 13th. I had cramping off and on for about 24 hours on the 14th, I'm pretty sure i was ovulating. The iui process was very simple, i did have a little cramping during the procedure.

    thanks for your info.
    I too look to be doing the 50 of Clomid and then the trigger shot as well.
    Just waiting for my cycle to come, which should be any day now.

    I am 29 and never been pregnant before. I did my first iui yesterday with same donor! 14342. His sperm count and motility looked good (17 mill and 85% motility)!

    My doctor said it can take a few rounds to get a pregnancy.

    good luck! I just had my first IUI yesterday. I just posted a new topic but I am having sharp pains in my left pelvic area coupled with what seems like gas pains. I hope it goes away!

    Does your doctor give you the sperm count? Mine did not.

    Yeah, my reproductive endocrinologist gave me the numbers!
