How often are these posts responded to??

I posted a question a few days ago regarding donor 13036 & I haven't received any feedback. I was just wondering how often these posts are read.

    If you have any time-sensitive questions, we recommend calling Client Services. Our phone lines are open 12 hours a day Monday through Friday and 4 hours on Saturday.

    We try to respond to our Bulletin Board posts at least every other day.
