storage policy on 5+ vials?

We initially bought 8 vials and used 2, leaving us with 6. If we buy additional vials, will we be able to get a year of free storage if we buy less than 5 this time around? If so, from what point would the free storage start (initial purchase or new purchase)? Thanks!

    your year of free storage began the day you purchased your original 8 vials.

    Any new storage would begin from the time your previous free storage ends. Please contact Dan (our Client Services Manager) at 866-927-9622 to discuss additional storage with a new purchase.
