    In my opinion I won't get someone who was a drug user. But I don't think there is anything really wrong with them.

    I think the same thing goes like when you see they have a grandparent or someone in their family who had/has Lung cancer or something else medically wrong. They probably just means they were a smoker. I always have to look at their age to see if they are elderly.
