refund for unused vials?

I have multiple vials in storage at California cryobank. If I don't use them all, can and/or how do I get reimbursed?

Hi Fward -

We have a 50% Buyback program for vials that are stored at CCB. In order to be eligible, the vials must have been purchased within the past three years and must not have left CCB.
