Is the audio conversation included in the keepsake packet?

    Hi Liz -

    The Keepsake Packet will contain the donor information items that were in your subscription level. If you previously purchased the Level 3 Subscription, the Donor Conversation will be included.

    If you purchased the Level 2 Subscription, but would also like the Donor Conversation, please call Client Services and they will be able to assist you further.
