How much semen typically comes in a vial.? Do you have to use all the semen at one time or will it work for multiple inseminations.?

Hi D -

The IUI vials contain .5mL and the ICI vials contain 1mL. Yes, one vial should be used for one insemination. (Some physicians may use two vials per insemination.)
