Donor 13873 Missing Files

Hi,

I tried to look at the files for donor 13873, like his profile and medical history, but when I click on them, they all come up as "file not found". Can you please fix this? I only have a week left on my subscription! Thanks!

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will have the files available shortly.

    Please note that in the meantime, if you have a Level 2 or 3 subscription you can access the Extended Profile which contains this exact same information. (The Donor Profile is the first 3 pages of the Extended Profile and the Medical History begins on page 6 of the Extended Profile.)

    Thanks but the extended profile also didn't show up for me. I look forward to seeing them all.
