Quality Standards

Hi,
I understand that California has quality standards regarding their specimens. I appreciate that. I have read the page below.
http://www.cryobank.com/Why-Use-Us/Specimen-Quality-Standards/
My question is what is the guarantee? If my doctor finds that there is not 10 million after thawing (I am doing my first IUI this month)? What is my remedy?
I am sure it doesn't happen often but just wondering.
Thanks,
Liz

It is a rare occurrence, but if your physician finds that the vial is of substandard quality, he or she can complete our specimen report form and fax it to us for review. The review takes a couple of weeks and then Melonee, our Client Relations manager would contact you. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. Ultimately, our goal is that you achieve a successful pregnancy, so we will work with you and/or your physician to help make that happen.
If you have additional questions, please feel free to email me directly. nicole@cryobank.com
